Date: 2019-03-03 03:01 am (UTC)This is pretty good for a first time fanvid! I really like the ending where you flipped between the tragedy of Anakin and his fall and the happy memories of their courting and wedding. It was a painful contrast that was very fitting.
I also really liked the transition at 1:31 to 1:33 where you have the ship leaving Tatooine and then the ship heading to Mustafar(?)
can't remember that moment specifically but the planet looks like MustafarIt really highlights the journey of these characters from their bright beginnings to their tragic end.I'm not a vidder myself, so I don't think I can give any in-depth advice, but after watching them for years I think I've picked up some general things that I could at least say. Personally, I really love vids that incorporate the dialogue or sound effects into the vid. Hearing Anidala say that they love each other or hearing Anakin's saber ignite as he kills the children can really heighten a vid and make it feel more "real" or "physical," for lack of a better term.
I'm not sure what program you used to make this vid or what editing capabilities it has, but other things that can really improve the vid is by changing the coloring/brightness/saturation/etc. of a scene in order to create a certain texture or mood that helps the vid flow together.
I really enjoyed the vid and it was a nice song choice as well. I hope you end up making more in the future! :)
